      • He graduated in Economics with an excellent thesis on corporate bankruptcy, nowadays he is Chartered Accountant experienced in tax consultancy and corporate crisis management.

        After his training in a well-known professional office, he now deals with complex cases of corporate crisis, where he deals also with insolvency procedures or extrajudicial solutions. Thanks to his expertise and negotiating skills, his contribution is crucial in the activity of turnaround. Similarly, it supports conciliation between stakeholders, complex corporate cases as well as standard or extraordinary contracts drafting.       • From family tradition in engineering and milling industry, he graduated in Administration and Finance at University of Hartford (USA) . Today he’s involved in Renewable Energy is a partner for strategic investment projects, team manager and chief financial officer.

        At the age of 27 he established the consulting and investment firm Forinvest – then he founded Millionaire a monthly magazin on entrepreneurship, then Borsa & Finanza a weekly on Finance & Stock Exchange, author of books on technical analysis and investment methodologies. He‘s consultant for family businesses, private companies and banks with a consolidated financial know-how. He specialized in startup of new projects, in franchise systems and communication, companies restructuring and delicate familiar business relations. Founding member Pangea , he deals with the relations between banks and enterprises, the enhancement of financial assets, evaluation of investments in new business, markets and technologies, relations with the local communities.

      • Graduated in Law , thesis on free circulation within the EU, today she has been working as lawyer, expertise in Judicial, extrajudicial and international legal assistance.

        Legal expert in the business field, she gained her experience working with important national and international lawyers, today she specializes in legal advise on contractual and litigation issues of companies since their birth, following contracts negotiation and drafting, judicial and extrajudicial disputes, in credit recovery, extraordinary operations and in disputes resolutions within the companies, between members and / or managers.
